2007년 이후 영유아교육계에는 평가정책의 개발과 시행, 교육과정 개정 및 새로운 교육과정의 개발 등 많은 변화와 진보를 보이고 있다. 특별히 2011년과 2012년에는 사립유치원 교사에 대한 지원 확대와 아울러 보육교육비 지원 제도가 실시되고 있다. 유아교육에 있어 중요한 시기를 맞이하여 본 연구는 공교육의 위기에 대한 대안으로 기독교교육(학교)의 중요성과 기독교 유아교육의 가능성과 원칙을 논하고자 한다. 기독교 유아교육은 기독교적 세계관에 기초한 교사, 기독교교육과정의 개발과 적용, 기독교적 목표, 유아교육기관-교회-가정과의 연계, 성령 하나님의 일하심 등을 기본 조건으로 이루어진다. 아울러 본 연구는 이제까지 개발된 기독교 유아교육과정을 분석하였는데, 교육과정 개발자, 교육내용과 성경의 통합 원리, 도서 안에서 제시하는 기독교 유아교육에 관한 이론과 실제 교육과정의 내용과 방법을 조사하여 각 교육과정의 특징과 경향성을 분석하였다. 또한 기독교 유아교육의 이론과 교육과정의 특징을 토대로 기독교 유아교육에서의 강조점-성품교육, 도덕교육, 자연교육, 타인과 더불어 살아가는 교육-과 아울러 교육현장의 인적 자원인 부모와 교사에 대한 교육을 제언함으로 기독교 유아교육의 방향성을 제시하였다. |

Since 2007, there has been progress in the evaluation policy development, the development new curriculum, and curriculum revisions in early childhood education. Especially, during the years 2011 and 2012 several changes in support funding policies of early childhood education occurred. The standardized policy for middle and high schools that deprives the empowerment of Christian schools, school choice rights of students and student choice rights of school have affected religious education in schools. The funding for childcare prevents the official teaching of Christianity/religion in an educational institution. At this significant time for early childhood education, this study conducted research regarding the crisis in public education, the characteristics of a Christian school, and the possibilities and principles of Christian early childhood education. It also analyzed Christian curricula for young children and provided a vision for Christian early childhood education-character education, moral education, environmental education, training for serving the weak, parent education, and teacher education. |
