본 연구는 기독교사와 연구자들이 교사수준에서 시행한 교육과정개발의 석사학위논문을 분석하여 교육과정개발에서 다뤄진 내용과 방법을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 기독교사들의 교육과정개발에서의 역량 제고 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 지난 10년간 시행된 기독교 교육과정개발 관련 학위논문 56편의 논문유형과 교육과정개발 방법(교육목표, 기반모형, 수업방법, 학습평가 등)을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 그간 수행된 학위논문은 주로 단원 재구성이 많았고, 교육과정개발의 필요는 기독교적 가치와 대립되는 경우, 사회통념이 무비판적으로 받아들여지는 경우, 기독교적 인식과 점검이 필요한 경우인 것으로 나타났다. 개발된 내용을 보면 교과학습을 위한 인지목표 뿐 아니라 가치목표를 강조하여 내용을 재구성하는 경우가 많았으나 기독교적 개발모형이 잘 활용된 경우는 비교적 적었다. 향후 기독교사 계속교육에서는 다양한 세계관과 통합개발모형에 대한 이해가 강조되어야 하겠고, 기독교적 교수설계에 대한 이해를 높이며, 동시에 기독교적 교육과정개발의 절차에 대한 경험을 나누는 공동체적 작업이 필요하다. |

This study is to analyze the Master''s thesis on the Christian curriculum development and redesign focusing on why and how such curriculum redesign has developed, and to suggest ways to help Christian teachers develop competencies for such Christian curriculum development during their graduate education. Collecting the total of 56 theses on the topic of the curriculum unit development or redesign from the Christian worldview, this study analyzed the unit development process of those theses: needs of the curriculum unit development or redesign, curriculum design models, unit analysis from the Christian worldview, development of the teaching plan, and evaluation of the learning activities. It turned out that unit redesign has been the most frequently conducted approach of the theses, followed by new unit and theme development. Many theses employed the Christain model of curriculum development, such as those of VanBrummelen, Overman, or Hay, but were limited in implementing the various approaches of teaching and learning methods. The needs of Christian approaches of the curriculum development and redesign came from the situation where certain knowledge is contradictory to the Christian understanding of it, or when Christian understanding and discernment provide the total view of the issue. This study suggests that Christian teachers should be knowledgable about the various curriculum development models and teaching methods in order to be competent in analyzing curriculum unit from Christian worldview and also in redesigning curriculum accordingly. |
