| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 보건의료분야에 기독교세계관을 적용하기 위한 기초적인 모델을 제시하고 보건의료 분야의 각 영역에서 기독교세계관을 실천하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 건강과 질병을 어떻게 바라보는지의 문제가 보건의료분야에 기독교세계관을 적용하는 기초가 된다. 따라서 온전한 건강의 상태, 질병의 기원, 환자의 치료, 보건의료학문의 연구와 교육에 대한 내용을 기독교세계관의 창조, 타락, 구속, 완성의 기본적 틀에 적용하였다. 보건의료분야에 적용한 기독교세계관의 창조의 틀은 하나님의 형상을 따라 만들어진 창조 당시의 인간을 온전한 건강의 상태로 보는 것이다. 이는 하나님, 이웃, 나와의 온전한 관계를 이루고 있는 포괄적이고 전인적인 건강의 상태를 말한다. 보건의료분야에 적용한 타락의 틀은 인간의 죄와 이로 인한 창조세계의 왜곡으로 인해 질병이 기원했다고 보는 것이다. 죄로 인한 타락은 하나님, 이웃, 나와의 관계를 훼손시키고 건강에 대한 왜곡된 현상을 초래하였다. 보건의료분야에 적용한 구속의 틀은 환자의 치료에 있어서는 단순히 질병의 치료를 넘어 하나님, 이웃, 나와의 온전한 관계성을 회복하는 것으로 보았다. 학문의 영역에서는 과학적 자연주의, 진화론, 포스트모더니즘에 물들어 있는 보건의료분야의 왜곡된 점들을 찾아 하나님나라를 회복하는 것으로 설명하였다. 이와 같이 보건의료분야에 적용한 기독교세계관의 기본적 틀을 실천하기 위해 교육과 학문연구로 나누어 설명하였다. 보건의료분야의 왜곡된 상황을 회복하기 위해서는 해당 보건의료 분야의 문제를 해석할 수 있는 기독교지성을 가질 수 있도록 연구하고 교육해야 한다. 이를 위해 보건의료분야의 기독교학자는 기독교세계관에 근거한 교과목을 개발하고 보건의료분야의 대학을 가지고 있는 기독교대학에서는 기독교세계관에 근거하여 전체적인 교육과정의 틀을 개편하도록 해야 한다. 기독교세계관에 근거한 학문연구에 있어서는 보건의료분야 안에 있는 해부학, 생리학, 임상의학, 간호학, 물리치료학 등의 학문 연구내용이 보건의료분야에 적용한 기독교세계관의 창조, 타락, 구속의 틀 중 어디에 해당하는지 분류하여 기독교세계관의 틀에서 각 학문의 위치와 역할을 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 기독교세계관의 관점에서 보건의료분야 내에 포함된 학문의 정의를 내려 봄으로서 기독보건의료분야의 학자들이 하나님나라를 향해 나아갈 길을 제시하고 보건의료분야의 왜곡된 학문을 회복할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구가 보건의료분야에 포함된 다양한 학문들이 기독교세계관의 틀 안에서 기초를 다지는 계기가 되고 각 학문 영역에서 기독교세계관을 실천하는데 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다. |
| 영문 초록 | The objective of this study is to build a basic model to apply Christian worldview in health and medical science fields and to find ways to practice Christian worldview in these fields. How we look at health and disease, builds the basis of application of Christian worldview in health and medical fields. The contents of whole health, the origin of disease, caring patients, and teaching and learning of medical and heath science was applied to the Christian wordlview frame including creation, degradation, salvation. The creation frame of Christian worldviw in medical and health fields is that human created in the image of God at creation is the state of perfect health. Namely, the comprehensive and whole health mean the state of intact relationship with God, neighbor, and oneself. Degradation frame in medical and health is that disease is originated from the distortion of the creation due to original sin. The corruption coming from the original sin ruins relationship with God, neighbor, and oneself and led to a slanted view of health. Salvation frame means a recovering relationship with God, neighbor, and oneself beyond curing a disease. It also includes the restoration of the kingdom of God in the teaching and learning of medical and health fields. In order to practice the Christian worldview applied to healthcare, education and academic research were explained separately. Christian scholars need to develop Christianity based curriculum and Christian College with health and medical science fields should be reorganized overall to apply Christian world view in total curriculum framework. Studies of health and medical science fields were divided in terms of the Creation, the Fall, and the Redemption, accordingly. Through this, role of each educational studies were identified via Christian Worldview framework. Also, studies within heath and medical science fields were redefined in the light of Christian worldview. This research hopes to revisit the basics and to promote the practice of Christian worldview in each educational fields including health and medical science fields. |
