The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of P.E.T. program on the theology college student`s interpersonal communication and self-actualization. The subjects of this study were 30 Kosin theology college students who comprised of Two groups. After executing the P.E.T. training for this subjects, I compared the results of interpersonal communication test and self-actualization test with means of pre-post test. And by observing differences between pre-test score and post-test score, I verified the hypothesis that the P.E.T training will have positive effectiveness on student`s interpersonal communication and self-actualization. Following conclusion were derived from the results of this study. 1. The level of interpersonal communication of those who have received P.E.T. training was improved(P<.01). Therefore, the P.E.T. training is effective for improvement of the theology college student`s interpersonal communication. 2. The level of self-actualization of those who have received the P.E.T. training was improved(P<.01). Therefore the P.E.T. training is effective for betterment of the theology college student`s self-actualization. 3. In ten sub-scales of the self-actualization test, Existentiality score, Feeling reactivity score, Self regard score, Self acceptance score and Nature of man, constructive score were conspicuously gone up(P<.01) for weekly group more than marathon group. therefore, the P.E.T. training is effective for improvement of the weekly group more than marathon group. |
