In this paper we will try to see the possibility of the VIEW(Vancouver Institute for Evangelical Worldview) as a virtual institution through the real-time interactive(two-way) tele-education(RITE). Considering the recent development of information technologies, it seems that at least from technical perspectives the VIEW could provide students in Korea with RITE in a few years. The real problem is how we can maintain the virtual institution to be Christian. |
