| 국문 초록 | 본고는 룻기의 본문해석과 적용으로 구성되었다. 해석부분에서 나오미의 불신앙적인 행위와 변화된 이후의 그녀의 역할을 보여준다. 그것은 자신이 의도하지 않았겠지만 결과적으로 룻이 메시아의 어머니가 되도록 한 것이다. 룻은 언약에 충실하지 못한 가정에 시집와서 하나님의 백성이 된 것은 하나님의 주권적인 선택으로 이해해야 한다. 시모에 대한 그녀의 선대가 보아스가 룻에게 더 관심을 갖는 계기가 된다. 기업무를 자로서 보아스는 율법조항을 넘어서서 율법의 정신을 이행함으로써 룻에게 ‘안식’을 제공한다. 룻기가 이주여성의 정착을 다루는 것은 사실이지만 룻기를 이주여성의 정착에 대한 모델로 사용하는 것은 적절하지 않다. 구약의 계시는 일차적으로 하나님 자신을 보여주기 위해서 기록되었지 인간의 행동양식을 통한 모범을 보여주기 위해서 기록된 것은 아니다. 그것은 영원 전부터 작정하신 하나님의 구원의 계획을 시공간 속에서 펼치는 역사다. 룻기는 율법이 무시당하던 사사시대에 보아스와 룻의 믿음을 통해서 메시아를 보내시는 하나님의 구속사를 보여준다. |
| 영문 초록 | This article consists of interpretation and application of the texts in question. The section on interpretation shows the unfaithful behavior of Naomi and her role following her changed attitude. Her role made Ruth a mother of the Messiah, even though Naomi never intended it. It is through God's election that Ruth, who married a son of an unfaithful family, believed in the God of Israel. Ruth's good attitude toward her mother-in-law caused Boaz to be more interested in her. Boaz, as a redeemer, provided ‘rest’ to Ruth by observing not only the letter of the law, but also the spirit of the law. It is true that the book of Ruth treats the settlement of Ruth, an immigrant woman. However, it is not proper to use this book as a model for the settlement of immigrants from overseas in modern society because the Old Testament was primarily recorded to reveal God and his work and not to show an example of human behavior. The history of God's revelation is a history unfolding God's eternal decree for human salvation. Thus, the book of Ruth displays the redemptive history of God who intends to send the Messiah through the faith of Boaz and Ruth in the period of the judges when God's law was ignored. |
