예배의 형식은 시대에 따라 변화해 왔다. 특히 지난 세기 후반부터 개신교와 구교가 망라해 예배를 변화된 문화와 부합되게 바꾸려는 운동이 일고 있다. 한국교회도 세계적인 예배 갱신 운동의 흐름 속에 있어 이에 대한 찬반 논란이 계속되고 있다. 특히 한국교회의 현실은 미국교회의 예배 변화에 강한 영향아래서 진지한 반성이 결여된 가운데 급격히 변화하는 모습을 보이고 있어 더욱 주의를 요한다. 예배 갱신운동이 가져온 상황은 예배에 대한 검토의 계기를 제공함과 동시에 많은 혼란을 불러왔기에 분명한 목회적 지침과 방향의 제시가 시급한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 그간의 한국교회 예배의 변화를 분석하고 그 타당성을 살피려는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 예배의 갱신 운동에 미치는 문화 환경의 성격을 진단하고 그 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 이와 함께 예배에 대한 성경적 규범을 집어보고 그에 기초하여 21세기 한국교회의 예배 갱신 운동이 나아가야 할 방향을 가늠해보고자 한다. |
| 영문 초록 |
Liturgy has changed throughout the history of church. However, strong worship reform has been sweeping through both Protestant and Catholic churches since the later half of the twentieth century. The movement is largely motivated by the felt-need for adjusting worship to suitthe changes in culture. Korean church worship is no exception from thechanges. Worship reform is always accompanied by various controversies and Korean church does not escape from it either. The situation has given the opportunity to reflect on worship. It has also created much confusion. The situation demands clear pastoral direction and vision. The aim of this study is to analyze the changes in Korean worship in order to test out its cultural and theological grounds. A diagnosis on cultural environment and its effects on worship reform is required. Establishing biblical norms for worship reform is also in order for setting out much needed direction.
