| 영문 초록 | Ethical value is one of the crucial properties of knowledge. By far, however, conventional concept of knowledge lacks the ethical aspect. This has leaded the business knowledge management system to consider only how to maximize the profit, which may result in long term business fail. This paper aims to add the biblical ethics to the knowledge management. To do so, we analyzed how the people discern the usability and desirability are perceived differently, which advocate that the ethical aspect of knowledge valuation is worthwhile consider separately. To distinguish the general definition of knowledge, ethical aspect added knowledge is called "wisdom" in this paper. We also briefly described how wisdom is identified in the Bible. Then we operationally defined wisdom; wisdom is value-oriented, indirect, intuitive, implicated, dominating and metaphorical knowledge. |
