본 연구의 목적은 기독교교육의 목표로부터 기독교 교육적 인재 덕목을 추출하고 이를 성령의 사역과 연결하여 논의하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구방법은 먼저 복음주의 개신교 연합 협동교육과정 계획안(Cooperation Curriculum Project)에 따른 교육목표와 Overman & Johnson의 기독교 세계관 교육목표로부터 기독교 교육적 인재상을 추출하는 것이었다. 결과적으로 추출된 여섯 가지 덕목은 ‘믿음과 성화, 지혜와 총명, 세계관 이해와 분별, 자기 이해와 성품, 리더십과 협력, 복음 전파와 사회 변혁’이었다. 그리고 이 여섯 가지 인재 덕목을 성령 사역에 대한 성경적 예를 통해 논의함으로써 성령 사역이 가지는 기독교 교육적 인재 양성에 미치는 기독교 교육적 함의를 밝히고자 하였다. 본고는 기독교교육에서 성령은 보다 근원적이며 궁극적인 내적 교사일 뿐 아니라, 그 사역이 개인과 세상 모두에 미치는 삼위 일체 하나님의 주권적 회복 역사와 정확히 일치함을 적시함으로써 기독교 교육적 인재 형성에 있어 성령 사역의 중요성 인식을 강조하였다. |
| 영문 초록 |
The purpose of this study was to extract the 6 virtues of the competent persons based on the goals and the contents of Christian education and to discuss them connecting to the ministries of the Holy Spirit. For this, Cooperation Curriculum Project, and Overman and Johnson’s Christian worldview education program were applied to the virtue extraction. Consequently, the six virtues were faith and sanctification, wisdom and prudence, worldview understanding and discernment, self-understanding and character, leadership and cooperation, Gospel spreading and society revolution. Discussing these 6 virtues with biblical examples on the works of the Spirit, this study tries to shed light on the Christian educational implications of the ministries of the Spirit. Finally, this study emphasizes the fact that the Spirit is a more fundamental and ultimate inner teacher in education and that we should recognize the importance of the Spirit’s works in the formation of Christian educationally competent persons by declaring the absolute consistency of the Spirit’s works with the Triune God’s restoration ministries from His full authority among both persons and the world. |
