| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 기독 청년의 개별성-관계성이 그들의 심리적, 사회적 적응에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 또 학생, 직장인, 취업준비생인 기독 청년의 신분에 따라 개별성-관계성과 심리ㆍ사회적 적응이 어떠한 양상을 나타내는지를 보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 기독 청년의 개별성-관계성은 심리적 적응의 하위 변인인 자아존중감, 생활만족감, 고독감과 사회적 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 학생인 기독 청년의 개별성-관계성은 심리적 적응의 하위변인 중 자아존중감, 고독감과 사회적 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 직장인인 기독 청년의 개별성-관계성은 심리적 적응의 하위변인 중 자아존중감, 생활만족감, 고독감과 사회적 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 반면 취업준비생인 기독 청년의 개별성-관계성은 사회적 적응에만 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해볼 때 기독 청년의 개별성-관계성은 심리ㆍ사회적 적응 전반에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다. 학생과 직장인의 경우에도 개별성-관계성이 높을수록 심리ㆍ사회적 적응도 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으나 취업준비생의 경우에는 사회적 적응에만 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 교회와 기독교계에서 기독 청년의 개별성-관계성을 증진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | This research studied the effect of Individuality-Relatedness of Christian Youth on their psychological and social adaptation. The paper concentrated on changes regarding Individuality-Relatedness, psychological and social adaptation caused by Christian youths’ transition of social position from students, workers to job seekers. The study results showed that Christian Youth’s Individuality-Relatedness has significant effects on Self-Esteem, Life Satisfaction, Loneliness as sub-parameter of psychological adaptation and Social adaptation. Youth students’ Individuality-Relatedness has significant effects on Self-Esteem, Loneliness as sub-parameter of psychological adaptation and social adaptation. Youth Workers' Individuality-Relatedness affected Self-Esteem, Life satisfaction, Loneliness as sub-parameter of psychological adaptation and social adaptation. Individuality-Relatedness among Youth preparing for employment has significant effects solely on social adaptation. Based on the study results, Christian Youth’s Individuality- Relatedness has significant importance to overall psychological-social adaptation. When Individuality-Relatedness has well developed, Christian youths can develop their social adaptation well and if they are belong somewhere, they can also develop their psychological adaptation. |
