본 연구의 목적은 교회학교가 교회유아교육의 사명을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 구축되어야 할 지원적 교육환경 분석을 위한 평가도구의 개발이다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 전문인 내용 타당도 과정을 거쳐 교회 유아교육 지원환경 문항을 개발하였다. 교회유치부 사역자와 교사 212명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 탐색적 요인분석을 통한 구성타당도, Pearson 적률상관계수 분석을 통한 구인타당도, 독립표본 t검증을 통한 문항변별도, 그리고 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 첫째 교회 유아교육 지원환경에 대한 탐색적 요인분석은 유치부 예배순서 및 규칙의 기대치, 유치부 프로그램 및 교재교구, 유아-사역자ㆍ교사-하나님 간 긍정적 관계, 예배실의 물리적 환경 요인을 나타냈다. 둘째, 탐색된 요인들의 문항 간 상관관계, 문항 반응분포, 문항변별도는 적절하게 나타났고, 신뢰도 수준도 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따른 교회 유아교육 실행방안을 논의하였고, 교회유치부의 지원적 환경 구축 실행연구와 가정과 연계한 지원적 환경 구축을 후속연구로 제안하였다.

The purpose of the study was to develop an instrument for analyzing supportive environments that church schools should build to effectively fulfill the mission of christian early childhood education. Questionnaires were developed through literature review with established content validity. The survey was conducted on two hundred twelve early childhood church ministers and teachers. Exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, item discrimination through independent sample t-test, and reliability were analyzed. As a result, first, the exploratory factor analysis showed 4 factors: establishing worship routine and rules of early childhood church schools; program and curriculum materials for early childhood church schools; establishing positive relationships between God and people/ between people; establishing physical environment for early childhood church schools. Second, results on correlations among the items, item response distribution, and the item discrimination showed to be appropriate, and the reliability was high. According to the results of this study, the implementation strategies in early childhood church schools were discussed. A follow up action research on establishing a supportive environment for the early childhood church schools, and developing home based supportive environments were proposed. |
