논문의 주제는 [일터교회 사역 유형별 영성 성숙도 연구]이며, 부주제는 [일터 신학의 관점에서]이다. 이에 대한 이슈로서, 오늘의 ‘기독교 신앙’(Christian Faith)과 ‘노동의 관계’(Labor Relations)를 규명하는데 많은 관심을 집중하였다. 현대 기독교의 개혁주의 신학 진영에서는 ‘하나님의 부르심’(God’s Calling)이라는 ‘일-노동’의 또 다른 측면을 연구하는 데 힘을 쏟고 있다. 개혁주의 시각에서 노동의 목적은 하나님을 높이고 인류를 번성케 하는 문화를 창출(創出)하는 것(김동연, 2019: 183)으로서 이것은 성경에서 명하는 교훈으로 본 연구는 받아들이고 있다. ‘주말 사역’(weekend ministry/토, 일요일)을 ‘주중 사역’(weekday ministry/월부터 금요일)까지 포함하여, 일터 교회의 목회에 대한 확장의 이슈를 연구했다. 또 기본적인 형태의 교회 패턴이 ‘모이는 교회’(a gathering church/주말에 모이는)에서 ‘흩어지는 교회’(a scattering church/주중에 직장 등으로 흩어지는)와 관계된 이슈를 본 논문의 목적대로 제시했다. 현재 한국교회의 심각한 감소현상의 원인을, 대체적으로 지도자(목회자)에 대한 지도력 상실로 보기 때문에 이에 대하여 목회 변혁적리더십 혁신 등 그 방안과 방향 제시로서 작성하게 되었다. |
| 영문 초록 |
Much attention has been given to identifying today's Christian Faith and Labor Relations. That the period is in full swing after the Reformation gradually, the truth began to be clarified in the field of Christian life. It’s studying another aspect of work-labor of God's Calling in the tradition of theologians and Calvinism and the Reformed Church with Representing Modern Reformed Theology. In other words, the purpose of the reformative view of labor is take it as a lesson from the Bible to create a culture that enhances God and promotes the flourishing of mankind. On this basis, traditionally recognized at the field of the Korean church I accept the pastoral pattern of work-labor. I studied the issue of expansion for the pastoral ministry of the workplace church. Weekend ministries(Sat., Sun.) include weekday ministries(from Mon. to Fri.). It w as p resented for the purpose of this paper. Also, issues related to the basic form of church patterns such as "a gathering Church"(gathering on weekends) and "a Scattering Church"(Scattering Church on Weekdays, etc.), Currently, the cause of the decline in the Korean church is largely attributed to the loss of Transformational Leadership over a leader. This was written as a presentation of the measures and directions, such as the reform of pastoral Transformational leadership. |
