| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 기독교대안학교에 근무하는 초임교사들이 성경적 세계관으로 교육과정을 재구성하는 과정에서 겪는 어려움과 성장을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 기독교대안학교에서 근무하는 5년차 미만의 연구 참여자들 4인을 대상으로 반구조화된 심층 면담을 진행하였고, 재구성 관련 문서 자료들을 수집하였다. 면담 분석 결과, 연구 참여자들은 재구성 과정에서 크게 ‘국가수준 교육과정에 대한 이해 및 이전의 재구성 경험 부족, 성경적 교육과정 재구성의 개념 이해, 재구성 방법(학습목표 설정, 학습내용 선정, 학습활동 구성), 재구성 연구를 위한 시간과 환경 확보’에서 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 두 번째로 연구 참여자들은 ‘기독 교사로서의 전문성 성장, 개인의 신앙과 삶을 대하는 태도의 성장’을 경험하고 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기독교대안학교 초임교사들의 성경적 교육과정 재구성에 대한 실천적 지식을 높이기 위해 개인적 차원, 학교 공동체 차원, 기독교 교육계 차원에서 실천할 수 있는 대안들을 제시하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study aimed to investigate experiences of novice teachers in Christian alternative schools who are reconstructing the curriculum in the biblical worldview. For this purpose, an in-depth interview was conducted and multiple sources were collected including various documents. The results of the interview analysis are as follows; novice teachers in Christian alternative schools experience several difficulties and growth on biblical curriculum reconstructions. The difficulties could be classified into 4 categories; the lack of understanding about the national curriculum and of experiencing the curriculum reconstructions before coming to the teaching fields, the confusion about the concept of the biblical curriculum reconstruction, the difficulty on how to integrate the biblical worldview when they setting up learning objectives, selecting curriculum contents and organizing learning activities, and the lack of time and environment for developing the curriculum. The growth they experienced could be classified into 2 parts; the professional growth as a Christian teacher, and the growth of personal faith and attitude toward their own life as a Christian. |
