| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 한국교회를 재는 척도의 개발을 위한 사회과적 탐구를 그 목적으로 한다. 한국교회는 코로나19로 인한 팬데믹 상황 속에서 더욱 큰 지탄을 받고 있으나 이는 코로나19로 기인한 것이 아닌 그 이전부터 한국교회의 신뢰도가 하락하고 있었다. 사회과학 가운데 사회학적 상상력을 통해 신학과의 접점을 찾고, 신학과 사회학이 만나는 장으로서의 교회를 집중한다. 교회는 예수 그리스도의 몸이며, 신앙 공동체라는 신학적 고백만이 아니라 자연적 공동체이자 사회제도이며, 자발적 결사조직이자 사회관계이다. 그러므로 교회는 사회의 다른 영역들과 마찬가지로 측정될 수 있으며, 사회과학적 개념과 조작적 정의를 통해 교회를 재는 척도를 개발할 수 있는 것이다. 전술을 바탕으로 교회를 재는 척도를 위해 세 가지 실천적 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 교회를 재는 기준에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 사회과학과 신학을 함께 공부하는 그리스도인이 많아져야 한다. 셋째, 교회와 관계된 통계 자료들을 데이터베이스화 할 수 있는 기관이 필요하다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the social sciences for the development of measures to measure the Korean church. The Korean church is being criticized even more amid the pandemic situation caused by COVID 19, but this is not due to COVID 19, but the trust of the Korean church has been declining since before. Among the social sciences, we focus on the church as a place where theology and sociology meet through the sociological imagination. The church is the body of Jesus Christ and is not only a theological confession as a community of faith, but also a natural community, a social institution, a voluntary association, and a social relationship. Therefore, the church can be measured just like other areas of society, and social science concepts and operational definitions can be used to develop a measure for measuring the church. Based on the above, three practical suggestions were made for measuring the church. First, various studies on the criteria for measuring the church are needed. Second, more Christians are studying social science and theology together. Third, an institution that can database the statistical data related to the church is needed. |
