| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 기독교 사회복지를 실천하고 있는 사역자의 사역경험을 살펴보는 연구이다. 본 연구는 Strauss & Corbin(1998)이 제안한 근거이론 연구방법으로 접근하였으며, 연구 참여자로는 현재 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 기독교 사회복지를 실천하고 있는 사역자 16명이 참여하였다. 연구 자료의 수집은 1:1 심층면담을 통해 구성되었으며 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 순으로 분석되었다. 연구 참여자의 사역경험 과정은 큰 비전으로 사역시작 단계, 실망과 소진의 단계, 재조명단계, 재충전단계, 성장과 성화의 단계로 변화되었다. 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 북한이탈주민과 사역자가 경험하는 집단적 배제, 동역자와 공동체의 지지, 북한이탈주민 사역의 재정, 사역을 위한 지원, 북한이탈주민과 통일에 대하여 논의를 하였으며 기독교 사회복지에 대한 실천적인 제언을 하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | The aim of this study is to closely examine the ministry experiences of ministers practicing Christian social welfare for North Korean refugees. This study was conducted using the grounded theory research method proposed by Strauss & Corbin (1998). The study participants included 16 ministers currently practicing Christian social welfare for North Korean refugees. The collection of research data was organized through 1:1 in-depth interviews, and analysis was performed in the order of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The ministry experience process of the study participants was changed into a ministry start stage, a stage of disappointment and exhaustion, a stage of re-illumination, a stage of recharging, and a stage of growth and sanctification. Based on the study results, the collective exclusion experienced by North Korean refugees and ministers, the support of colleagues and communities, the finance of the North Korean refugees ministry, a support for the ministry, and the unification of South and North Korea were discussed, proposing a practical suggestion on Christian social welfare. |
