| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 기독교인을 대상으로 영성일기 쓰기 경험을 깊이 탐색하고, 영성훈련 방법의 하나로 영성일기를 소개하는 것이다. 본 연구는 영성일기를 작성하고 있는 기독교인 총 56명을 6그룹으로 나누어 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview) 방법을 사용하여 질적연구를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료를 전통적 내용분석 방법으로 분석한 결과, ‘코람데오의 기쁨’, ‘아둘람 영성공동체‘ 2개의 주제와 ‘하나님의 영광 아래 살아감’, ‘천국을 누리는 삶’, ‘살아있는 공동체의 지지와 회복’, ‘풍성한 삶의 나눔과 교제’의 4개 범주가 도출되었다. 참여자들은 영성일기를 통해 하나님 앞에서 하루를 점검하고 하나님의 영광 아래 살아가면서 천국을 누리는 삶을 살게 되었음을 보고하였다. 또한 나눔방 안에서 영성일기를 공유하며 공동체의 지지와 회복을 경험하고 풍성한 삶의 나눔과 교제로 아둘람 영성공동체를 경험하였다. 기독교인은 영성일기 쓰기를 통해 늘 함께하시는 하나님 앞에서 그 분의 영광을 위해 살아가며 영적으로 성숙되어가고 있었다. 또한 나눔방을 통해 성도 간의 활발한 교제를 하며 교회의 머리되신 예수그리스도 안에서 지체되어감을 알 수 있었다. 연구에서 확인된 영성일기 쓰기 경험과 의미는 일상에서 자신의 영성을 매일 손쉽게 점검할 수 있는 영성훈련을 위한 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 시공간의 제약없이 활용할 수 있는 영성일기를 널리 배포할 수 있도록 훈련프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과에 대한 후속 연구가 필요함을 제언한다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to understand the experience of writing a spiritual diary for Christians, and to introduce a spiritual diary as one of the spiritual training methods. The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences and meanings of the writing spiritual diary using focus group interviews. A total of 56 Christians who wrote spiritual diaries participated in the focus group interview. The content analysis method was used to analyze transcribed interviews. Two major themes were identified: (a) joy of Coram Deo (b) spiritual community of Adullam. Participants who write spiritual diaries checked the day before God through spiritual diaries, feared God, and lived under God's glory and enjoyed heaven, shared spiritual diaries in a sharing room, experienced community support and recovery, and experienced the Adulam spiritual community with abundant life sharing and companionship. This shows that Christians are becoming spiritually mature by living for the glory of God in the presence of God who is always with him through writing a spiritual diary. In addition, through the sharing room, the members were able to have active fellowship, and they could see that they were delayed in Jesus Christ, the head of the church. It is thought that the experience and meaning of writing a spiritual diary confirmed in the study can be used as a method for spiritual training that can easily check one's own spirituality in daily life. In addition, it is suggested that a training program should be developed so that the spiritual diary that can be used without time and space restrictions can be widely distributed, and that a follow-up study on its effect is necessary. |
