본 연구는 OECD의 교육 2030 프로젝트에서 제시하는 미래교육의 주요 내용들을 기독교적 관점에서 살펴보는 것을 주 내용으로 삼는다. 이 연구를 통해 본 연구자가 의도하는 바는 기독교 교육기관들이 미래를 대비하여 미래교육을 계획하고 실천하는데 도움을 받고자 하며 나아가 불확실성의 시대를 살아가는 우리 모두에게 미래를 준비하는 미래교육의 올바른 방향을 찾아 가는데 좋은 시사점을 얻을 것으로 보인다. 이러한 목표를 얻기 위해서 본 논문에서는 미래교육을 기독교적 관점으로 이해하고 분석하는데 필요한 준거틀을 만드는 작업을 중요하게 제시하였다. 그리고 이 준거틀을 이용하여 OECD가 제시한 미래교육의 핵심 요소인 ‘학생 행위주체성’, ‘역량‘ ’변혁적 역량‘ 등의 특징들이 기독교적 관점에 부합하는지를 살펴보았다. 그 결과는 많은 경우 OECD에서 제시하는 설명들이 기독교적 관점과 크게 다르지 않음을 보여준다. 단지 서구사회가 전통적으로 가져왔던 인간에 대한 낙관적 태도라든지 개인주의적 성향 등은 기독교적 관점에서는 주의해야할 사항임을 다시 강조하였다. |
| 영문 초록 |
The purpose of this study is to examine the main contents of future education presented by the ‘OECD Future of Education and Skills 2030’ from a Christian perspective. Through this study, the researcher intends to help Christian education institutions plan and practice education in preparation for the future, and furthermore, find the right direction for future education to prepare for the future for all of us living in an era of uncertainty. It seems to get a good implication on the way toward future. In order to achieve this goal, in this paper, it is important to present the work of creating a frame of reference necessary to understand and analyze future education from a Christian perspective. And, using this frame of reference, we examined whether the key elements of future education presented by the OECD, such as 'student agency', 'competency' and 'transformative competencies', correspond to the Christian perspective. The results show that in many cases the explanations offered by the OECD are not very different from the Christian perspective. However, it was emphasized again that the optimistic attitude toward human beings and the individualistic tendencies that Western societies had traditionally brought should be taken into consideration from a Christian point of view. |
