본 연구는 부산에 소재한 교회 주일학교 교사이며 현직 학교교사인 6명의 연구 참여자들을 대상으로 주일학교 운영에 대한 기본인식과 요구를 알아보고자 개별 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 먼저 연구대상자들의 주일학교에 대한 기본인식에서 7개의 범주와 14개의 하위범주, 아울러 연구 대상자들의 교회주일학교에 대한 요구에서는 2개의 범주와 6개의 하위범주가 각각 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 두 가지 주요 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교회 주일학교 교육의 내실화를 위해 특히 그리스도인 학교교사들의 주일학교 교사로서의 적극적인 참여와 협력이 필요하다. 둘째, 교회 주일학교의 활성화를 위해 담임목회자의 주일학교에 대한 적극적인 목회 철학과 더불어 주일학교 부교역자들의 교육학적 역량과 자질 함양이 매우 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 보인다. |

This study conducted individual in-depth interviews with six research participants who are current school teachers and Sunday school teachers at a church located in Busan to find out their basic perceptions and needs regarding Sunday school operation. As a result of the study, 7 categories and 14 subcategories were derived from the research subjects' basic perception of Sunday school, and 2 categories and 6 subcategories were derived from the research subjects' demands for church Sunday school. Based on these research results, two major implications are as follows. First, in order to improve church Sunday school education, the active participation and cooperation of Christian school teachers as Sunday school teachers is necessary. Second, in order to revitalize the church's Sunday school, the senior pastor's active pastoral philosophy toward Sunday school and the cultivation of the pedagogical capabilities and qualifications of Sunday school assistant pastors seem to be very important factors. |
