| 국문 초록 | 이 연구의 목적은 개인의 자율성과 선택이 중심이 되고, 감정과 경험이 개인의 가치가 되는 자아 이론에 대하여 마태복음 11:28-30절을 중심으로 상담의 성경적 목표를 고찰하는 것이다. 오늘날의 자아 이론의 정립과 관심의 확산은 개인주의와 나르시시즘의 문화를 형성하였다(Taylor, 송영배 역, 2019:14)). 이와 같은 문화적 현상 가운데 개인은 정보와 기계화로 인한 생존 경쟁, 긴장과 압박감, 두려움과 같은 쉼이 없는 현실 속에 있다. 이 글은 자신의 자아와 감정을 중요한 과제로 여기면서“사람들은 자유롭고 행복하게 되었는가?”라는 문제를 제기하고 현대 상담의 문제와 목표에 있어 그리스도 중심적인 실천을 지향할 필요를 논의한다. 이 연구는 그리스도 중심적인 상담의 목적과 필요를 위해 1세기의 그리스도의 가르침으로 자아 개념과 경험을 재해석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 자아와 정서가 새로운 담론으로 정착하게 된 시간적 추이를 살피고, 그 영향과 결과에 대해 알아본다. 결론적으로 현대 상담 목표의 핵심인 자아실현과 감정(정서)의 문제는 주님께 배우고 자신을 더 높은 권위에 굴복함으로 진정한 쉼과 평안을 소유할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to examine the goal of biblical counseling regarding a theory of self that individual’s free will and decision become the center of life, emotion and experience become one’s worth, with a focus on Matthew 11:28-30. The establishment of the theory of self and the diffusion of attention have contributed to the formation of a culture of individualism and narcissism in today’s society. In such cultural phenomena, individuals find themselves in a reality devoid of rest, characterized by survival competition driven by information and mechanization, tension and pressure, and constant fear. This article is questioning whether people truly become free and happy by considering one’s self and emotion as an significant tasks and discussing the need of Christ-Centered approach in the modern counceling’s issues and goals. To address the Christ-centered counseling goals and needs, this study reinterprets the concept of self and experience by teaching of Christ from the first centuries. To examine the concept, it also discusses the temporal progression of how self and emotions settled, and study their influences and outcome. Ultimately, it confirms that the core of modern counseling goals, issues of self-realization and emotion, can find true rest and peace by learning from the God and surrender oneself to higher authority. |
