| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 교회 장애인 부서에서 교사로 봉사하는 현직 특수교사와 사회복지사들의 경험과 지원요구에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 부산, 대구 및 경남 지역의 연구대상자 6명을 대상으로 개별 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 연구대상자들의 경험에서는 7개의 범주와 14개의 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 그리고 연구대상자들의 지원요구에서는 2개의 범주와 4개의 하위 범주를 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 두 가지 주요 논의사항을 다루었다. 첫째, 교회의 여러 환경적 제한으로 인하여 연구대상자들은 자신의 전문성을 개인적으로나 교회적으로 발휘할 수 있는 기회가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교회는 장애인 사역과 관련하여 다음 세 가지 질문에 대해 확고한 성경적인 인식과 실천의지를 정립하여야 한다. 즉 교회의 장애인 사역의 당위성, 장애인 사역의 내용과 범위, 그리고 장애인 사역의 방법 등에 대해 깊은 논의가 필요한 것으로 보인다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study examined the experiences and support needs of current special education teachers and social workers serving in a church department for the disabled. Accordingly, individual in-depth interviews were conducted with six research subjects in Busan, Daegu, and Gyeongnam regions. As a result of the study, 7categories and 14subcategories were derived from the experiences of the research subjects. In addition, two categories and four subcategories emerged from the research subjects' support needs. Based on these research results, two discussion points were presented. First, the research subjects appeared to have limitations in demonstrating their expertise due to the church's environmental restrictions. Second, the church must establish a firm awareness and commitment to the following three questions in its ministry to the disabled. In other words, a deep discussion is needed about the legitimacy of the church's ministry to the disabled, the content and scope of the ministry to the disabled, and the methods of ministering to the disabled. |
