| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 산후우울 개념분석을 통해 그 의미를 명료화하기 위해 시도 되었으며 Walker와 Avant의 연구 방법에 따라 분석 방법에 따라 진행되었다. 결혼이주여성의 산후우울은 ‘낯선 타국에서 외로운 출산으로 인한 부정적 사고와 감정’, ‘정서적 불안정으로 인해 나타나는 신체적 증상’, ‘문화적 차이로 인한 심리적 중압감’, ‘지지체계와의 소통의 어려움으로 나타나는 고립감’을 결정적 속성으로 가지고 있었다. 따라서 결혼이주여성의 산후우울은 낯선 타국에서 외로운 출산으로 인해 침울함과 슬픔, 막막함과 불안을 경험하며 감정적인 변화와 더불어 입맛이 없고 피로하며 불면 등 다양한 신체적인 증상을 경험하는 것이다. 또한 다른 문화로 인해 양육에 대한 심리적 부담감을 가지며 도움을 요청하기 어려워 주변으로 소외감과 고립감을 느끼며 출산 후 신생아 돌봄의 부담과 역할변화로 인한 정신적 스트레스를 경험하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결혼이주여성의 산후우울의 속성을 통해 지역사회 모성건강분야의 용어 개발에 기초자료를 제시하고 결혼이주여성의 산후우울에 대해 그들의 삶에 대한 이해의 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 마리아처럼 자신의 감정을 표현하기 어려운 결혼이주여성들을 위해 서로 연대하고 도움을 받을 수 있는 환경의 필요성을 제시하였고 결혼이주여성 뿐만 아니라 지역사회 모성건강 관리 및 향상을 위한 정책수립에 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study was attempted to clarify its meaning through the analysis of the concept of postpartum depression of marriage migrant women, and was conducted according to the analysis method of Walker and Avant. Postpartum depression of marriage migrant women had decisive attributes such as ‘negative thoughts and emotions caused by lonely childbirth in unfamiliar countries', 'physical symptoms caused by emotional instability,’ ‘psychological pressure caused by cultural differences', and ‘a sense of isolation caused by difficulties in communication with the support system'. It was confirmed that they had a psychological burden of parenting due to other cultures, felt alienated and isolated from their surroundings, and experienced mental stress caused by changes in the burden and role of newborn care after childbirth. Through the attributes of postpartum depression of marriage migrant women derived from this study, basic data were presented for the development of terms in the field of maternal health in the community, and it was found that marriage migrant women need to understand their lives about postpartum depression. In addition, it is significant that it can be used to establish policies for the management and improvement of maternal health in the community as well as for marriage migrant women who have difficulty expressing their feelings. |
