| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 소형교회 목회자 사모를 중심으로 인간관계 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고 탐색하여 그들의 경험에 대한 본질적 의미를 기술하기 위해 실시한 질적연구이다. 연구 방법은 부산, 경남 지역에 소재한 성도 300명 이하의 소형교회 목회자 사모로 3년 이상 경험한 자 10명을 대상으로 이들의 경험을 심층면담을 통해 제시하고 분석하였으며, 분석방법은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 ‘성도의 무례한 태도와 언사로 마음이 쓰리고 아픔’, ‘떠나가는 성도로 인해 비통함’, ‘자신을 억압하고 관계의 십자가를 지는 삶’, ‘고통 속에 찾아낸 돌파구’, ‘잃어버린 자아를 찾으며 하나님을 더욱 신뢰함’, ‘소명의 여정에서 만난 나와 교회의 성장’으로 총 6개의 주제모음이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 소형교회 목회자 사모의 인간관계 경험에 관한 보다 깊은 이해를 제공하였으며, 이를 근거로 소형교회 목회자 사모의 자기성장과 성도들의 성장을 도모할 수 있는 인간관계 개선과 이를 위한 전인적인 프로그램 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study is a qualitative research conducted to deeply understand and explore the interpersonal relationship experiences of the pastor's wives of small churches and to describe the essential meaning of their experiences. The data was obtained through one-on-one in-depth interviews with 10 pastor's wives of small churches, who have more than three years of experience, from churches with fewer than 300 members located in the Busan and Gyeongnam areas. Data analyzed using experiential phenomenological research method, suggested by Colaizzi(1978). The results of this study revealed a total of six themes: ‘Feeling heartbroken and painful due to disrespectful attitudes and words of church members','Sorrow due to departing church members', 'A life of self-denial and carrying the burden of interpersonal relationships', 'Finding a breakthrough in the midst of pain', 'Regaining the lost self and deepening trust in God', 'The growth of the church and oneself encountered on the journey of calling'. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the interpersonal experiences of pastors' wives in small churches. Based on these findings, the study is expected to contribute to the development of holistic programs aimed at improving interpersonal relationships and fostering the personal growth of pastors' wives in small churches, as well as the growth of church members. |
