본 연구는 기독교 관점에서 사람돌봄이론을 고찰하여 기독간호사의 실무에서 돌봄 실천을 위한 적용 시사점을 제시하기 위함이었다. 사람돌봄은 긍휼(compassion)에 기반을 둔 치료적 활동으로 정의되며, 하나님의 사랑에 기반하고 있으므로 기독간호의 실무를 위한 돌봄이론으로 인정될 수 있다. 사람돌봄이론의 5가지 가정의 근거를 성경에서 찾을 수 있으며, 사람돌봄이론의 7가지 특성이 성경에 부합함을 확인할 수 있다. 사람돌봄이론의 10가지 요소인 알아봐 줌, 동참함, 공유함, 경청함, 동행함, 칭찬함, 안위 제공함, 희망 불어넣음, 용서함, 수용함은 성경속에서 하나님의 돌보심, 예수그리스도의 돌보심, 성도들의 돌봄 행위와 깊은 관련이 있다. 따라서 사람돌봄이론은 기독간호사가 실무에서 하나님의 뜻에 따라 간호를 수행할 수 있는 가이드가 될 수 있다. 기독간호사가 사람돌봄이론의 각 요소를 기독교적 관점에서 이해하기 위해 관련 말씀을 깊이 묵상하고 실무에서 적용하는 훈련이 필요하다. |

This study examined Interpersonal Caring Theory (ICT) from a Christian perspective and presented its implications as a practical framework for Christian nursing. Interpersonal Caring is defined as therapeutic care behaviors based on compassion, and since it is grounded in God’s love, it can be recognized as a care theory for the practice of Christian nursing. The basis for the five assumptions of ICT can be found in the Bible, and its characteristics are consistent with biblical teaching on care. The ten components of ICT, which are noticing, participating, sharing, active-listening, companioning, complimenting, comforting, hoping, forgiving, and accepting, are closely related to the care of God, the care of Jesus Christ, and the care of the saints in the Bible. Therefore, ICT can be a guide for Christian nurses to practice nursing in accordance with God’s will. To fully understand each component of ICT from a Christian perspective, Christian nurses need to deeply meditate on relevant scriptures and be trained to apply these principles in practice. |
