한국사회와 한국교회는 다양한 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 그리고 종교적 이슈에 적절하게 답변할 바람직한 기독 지식인을 요청하고 있다. 이 글에서는 누가복음에 나타난 안식일 논쟁을 통해서 안식일 준수를 포함한 율법의 본래적 의미를 고찰하고 누가복음의 예수와 유대 종교지도자 사이의 관점과 태도의 차이를 발견하고자 한다. 예수와 유대 종교지도자 사이의 논쟁의 주된 주제는 율법에 대한 해석, ‘해석학적 위치’ 그리고 지도자의 역할에 관한 것이다. 안식일 논쟁을 소개하는 누가복음의 단락들을 고찰하면서 예수와 유대 종교지도자의 해석학적 차이와 실천적 의지의 간극에 주목하고자 한다. 이 글에서는 첫째로 지식인을 ‘해석학적 위치’와 ‘재현’이라는 개념을 통해서 고찰한 후 바람직한 지식인의 역할과 기능을 제안하고자 한다. 둘째로 한국사회와 한국교회를 위한 대안적인 기독 지식인을 제안하기 위해서 안식일 준수 문제와 관련된 논쟁을 보여주는 누가복음의 본문을 분석하고 예수와 유대 종교지도자의 분명한 차이와 간극에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 진정한 스승과 지도자로서의 면모를 보여주는 예수의 가르침과 실천을 성찰적으로 인식함으로써 한국사회와 한국교회가 요청하는 사회적 약자와 소외계층을 위한 바람직한 기독 지식인을 제안하고자 한다. |

Korean Society and Korean Christianity ask for the exemplary Christian intellectuals who respond to multiple social, cultural and religious issues. We should look at the Bible which gives pictures of good examples of intellectual and leaders in order to propose Korean Christian intellectuals. It is important to note that we should investigate the interpretative differences and gaps between Luke''s Jesus and Jewish religious leaders regarding the Sabbath law in order to grasp an appropriate meaning of the Law in Luke''s Gospel. While we look at the issue on the Sabbath law between Luke''s Jesus and Jewish religious leaders, we should pay attention to ''the interpretative position'' of the intellectual and the pertinent roles of the intellectual. I would like to focus on the issues on the Sabbath controversy (Lk 6:1-5; 6:6-11; 13:10-17; 14:1-6) in order to discover the interpretative differences and gaps between Luke''s Jesus and Jewish religious leaders. In this paper firstly, I investigate not only an appropriate ''interpretative position'' of the intellectual, but also pay attention to an representation of the intellectual. Secondly I would like to consider an essential meaning of the Law, especially the Sabbath law to compare the interpretation of Luke''s Jesus with that of Jewish religious leaders. It seems to be an awkward connection between the Sabbath controversy and ''the interpretative position'' of the intellectual.
