| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 기독교 상담에서 직면의 효과적 활용가능성을 모색해 보려는 것이다. 대부분의 상담에서는 직면을 중요한 기법으로 활용하고 있다. 상담자가 내담자를 직면시킬 때 내담자는 자신의 문제를 객관적이고도 정확하게 인식하여 사고와 행동변화가 발생한다는 것은 직면에 대한 일반적인 인식이다. 그런가하면 상담자가 직면을 잘못하면 상담관계에 부정적 현상이 나타나므로 직면은 가급적 활용되어서는 안 된다는 입장도 있다. 직면은 기독교상담의 특성이라고 할 수 있다. 사실상 직면은 일반상담에서보다 기독교 상담에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 직면은 성경적인 명확한 기초를 가지고 있다. 직면은 상담기법 가운데 의미 있는 것이기는 하지만 다양한 입장이 있고, 학자들로부터 많은 오해를 받아 온 것이 사실이며, 활용정도에 따라서도 상담학적 견해가 분분하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 직면에 대하여 기독교 상담적 입장에서 그 개념을 정리하고 방법, 직면의 문제와 위험성 등을 모색하고 고찰하여 이에 대한 명확한 입장을 수립하려고 하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | This is to clarify that understanding & using method of confrontation in Christian counseling. Most of all counseling theories including Christian counseling deal with confrontation as an important technique of counseling. When a counselor confronts a client''s problems objectively and rightly, a client is going to be occurred his/her thought and behavior. There are two kinds aspects about confrontation. Negative point of view is that confrontation is able to bring to destruction and negativity of counseling relation between a counselor and a client. Generally, Christian counseling recognizes that confrontation makes counseling effectively. Confrontation is based on the Bible. Confrontation is specific point of evangelical Christian counseling. Confrontation is not only skill of secular counseling but also art of Christian counseling. Accordingly, this research deals with clients'' confrontation in Christian counseling. The researcher studies the problem, method, and concept of confrontation. Also, the researcher establishes theological viewpoint and theory of counseling about confrontation. |
