| 국문 초록 | 이 논문의 목적은 아직까지 해결되지 않은 기독교철학 개념을 정의하려는데 있다. 필자는 아리스토텔레스의 전통적 정의 방법을 사용하여 기독교철학을 충분히 정의하고자 한다: 정의는 유와 종차로 이루어진 개념이다. 기독교철학의 유(genus)에 해당하는 철학의 일반적 특성을 다음과 같이 기술한다. (1) 철학은 비판적 활동이다. (2) 철학은 자기 비판적이다. (3) 철학은 비판적 활동의 결과이기도 하다. 그 다음으로 기독교철학의 종적 특성(종차)은 다음과 같다. (1) 기독교철학자들은 하나님을 이 세계의 창조주와 주님으로 여긴다. (2) 기독교철학자들은 비기독교철학들의 내용도 알아야 한다. (3) 기독교철학자들은 창조 세계의 모든 국면을 기독교세계관과 연결하는 총체적 체계를 만든다. (4) 기독교철학자들은 비판적이어야 한다. (5) 기독교철학자들은 거듭나야 한다. 마지막으로 기독교 형이상학과 기독교 인식론, 기독교 윤리라는 세 가지 종류의 기독교철학을 설명한다. 필자는 밴틸의 전제주의를 이 논문의 출발점으로 삼는다. 기독교철학에 대한 다른 종류의 정의들은 다른 글들에서 검토할 예정이다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this article is to define the concept of christian philosophy which remains unsettled yet. I use the traditional aristotelian method of definition to get a sufficient definition of christian philosophy: a concept consists in combining the genus to the difference of species. First of all, the general characters of philosophy are described of species. First of all, the general characters of philosophy are described as follows: (1) Philosophy is a critical activity, (2) Philosophy is self-critical, (3) Philosophy is also a result of critical activity. These are characters of philosophy as a genus of christian philosophy. Secondly, the specific characters of christian philosophy are as follows: (1) christian philosophers regard the God as the Creator and Lord of this world, (2) they should know the contents of non-christian philosophies too, (3) they make a whole system which connects all spheres of the created world in a christian worldview (4) they should continue to be critical, (5) they should be born again. Lastly, three kinds of christian philosophy are explained shortly; christian metaphysics, epistemology and ethics. I adopt Van Til's presuppositionalism as the starting point of this article. Other kinds of definition of christian philosophy will be reviewed in another article later. |
