| 국문 초록 | 가정폭력은 지속적인 폭력의 한 형태로서 피해여성에게 영적·심리적·정서적·신체적 고통을 인생전반에 걸쳐 줄 수 있으며, 가정폭력 목격·피해 아동의 경우에는 더욱 심각한 문제를 유발시킨다. 우리나라는 OECD 국가들 가운데 가장 심각한 가정폭력 발생국임에도 불구하고 그 발생빈도가 매년 증가추세에 있고, 교회도 안전지대가 아닌 것으로 추정된다. 이처럼 가정폭력에 대한 한국교회의 인식과 적절한 대응이 부족한 것에 대하여 본 연구는 (1)가정폭력문제에 대한 성경의 제시를 찾고, (2)진보된 외국의 가정폭력 사례들을 일반사회·교회기반 기반 프로그램으로 분류, 그 특성을 분석하며, (3)이러한 성경적 관점 탐색과 외국사례들의 장점들을 기초하여 교회역할방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과는 (1)개별차원에서: 사례관리를 통한 전문 교회 사회복지 실천, (2)교회적차원에서: 가정폭력문제에 대한 성경적 관점의 지속적 연구, 가정폭력발견과 상담을 위한 기독교전문가 훈련, 목회현장에 구체적 실천, 설교를 통해 가정폭력의 문제거론, 그리고 (3)사회적 차원에서: 가정폭력에 관한 교회 사회복지 관련정보개발·유포·지역사회와의 연대를 교회개입방안으로 제시하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | Domestic violence is common in countries, and causes lasting spiritual·psychological·emotional·physical damages to the victim''''s health. Although Korea is the worst country among OECD countries in terms of domestic violence, the prevalence is getting higher than ever every year. But Korean churches have tolerated or ignored domestic violence, although church is not a safety-zone for domestic violence. The findings suggest that in addressing domestic violence, pastoral efforts may have an important role both in prevention and intervention. First, in the individual level, case management should be conducted to tackle and solve domestic violence. Second, in the church level, it may be important to continue on-going research on the biblical perspectives of domestic violence, Christian training for finding and counseling of domestic violence within church, ministerial focus on domestic violence issues, and awareness raising publically via preaching and church social work information development Last, in the local community level, dissemination of domestic violence and community networking may be contributed to promote awareness of domestic violence. |
