| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 개인재무관리의 영역별로 성경적 가치관과 실천 내용을 고찰하고 이를 토대로 성경적인 개인재무관리교육내용을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기존연구들에서 나타난 재무문제들과 개인재무관리교육 요구정도, 성경적 경제윤리 내용을 참고로 하여 네가지 개인재무관리 영역-개인재무관리가치영역, 직업선택영역, 저축 및 투자관리 영역, 소비지출관리 영역을 선정하였다. 각 개인재무관리영역에서 성경적 재물관, 직업관, 부자관, 소비관이라는 가치체계의 주요내용을 추출하였으며 성경적 재무관리 가치체계를 바탕으로 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 실천내용을 다음과 같이 발굴하였다. 첫째, 성경적 재물관을 토대로 한 재무관리의 목표는 청지기적 삶, 돈의 구속에서 자유로운 삶, 자족하는 삶이다. 둘째, 성경적 직업관에 기초하여 한 직업선택의 기준은 ''선한 일''이었으며 직장생활의 태도는 근면과 충성으로 집약된다. 셋째, 성경적 투자관을 토대로 한 투자활동에 대한 태도는 상업적 이익을 추구하는 투자활동 자체를 부인하지 않으며 투자의 목적을 선한 사업으로 궁극적인 나눔에 있었다. 넷째, 성경적 소비관을 기초로 한 성경적인 소비생활은 타락적 소비를 경계하고 공동체 안에서 주고받는 나눔의 생활화에 있었다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to inquire the biblical values and practical principles related to the personal financial problems, and to develop the education contents for the christians'' financaial management. The main areas of personal financial management (PFM) were selected according to the areas of financial planning, that is, PFM goals, jobs and earnings, savings and investments, and use of money. The Biblical values in the PFM were ''not loving of the money,'' the part of calling, accumulating in the heaven, sharing in each area of PFM. The Biblical principles of practices in PFM were as follows. First, christians'' purposes in the PFM should be in the steward life and self-contentment in the base of the Biblical attitude of money. It means the status of being free from the servitude of money. Second, the main criteria of christians'' choice of jobs should be ''the good deed'' in the Biblical value of vocation. Also the faithfulness is the another Biblical principle in the job life. Third, the investment cannot be denied in the Biblical attitude of the profit and commercial activities. In Bible, not the activities but the purpose of the accumulation of wealth is emphasized as the most important factor. The Biblical purpose of that is the sharing of the wealth accumulated from the good business. Finally, the corrupt consumption should be prevented from the christians'' lives in the Biblical values of consumption, for it is the result of the love of money and means the separation from God. The practical principle in the Biblical use of money is the sharing of the wealth with people, especially the poor and the disadvantaged in the community. |
