| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 학습자의 삶에 변화를 가져오기 위해 학습자들에게 전수된 지식이 현실의 삶 속에서 실제적으로 구현되어야 한다고 주장하는 월터스토르프의 실천적 교육에 대한 교육철학과 그가 주장하는 교육방법인 경향성 학습을 탐구하기 위한 하나의 구체적 교수설계를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 최근 기업에서 매우 활발하게 적용되고 있는 실천학습(Action Learning)을 대학수업에 적용하기 위한 교수학습모형을 개발하였다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위해 월터스토르프의 기독교적 관점에서의 실천적 교육과 실천학습 관련 교육이론을 탐구하고, 마쿼트와 로스웰 등이 주장하는 실천학습의 개념과 특징을 고찰하였다. 이와 함께 대학수업에서 사용할 수 있는 실천학습 교수학습모형을 개발하고 적용, 실행한 후에 실천학습의 효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 질문과 실천, 그리고 성찰이라는 주요 활동을 통해 수행되는 실천학습의 효과는 자료의 수집과 정보 공유, 팀의 준비와 수행 방식, 신중한 주제 선정, 실천학습 워크숍, 그리고 상호작용과 지식 공유를 위한 전략 개발에 의해 결정된다는 것이다. 본 연구는 실천학습이 이론과 실제의 균형을 이루어 낼 수 있는 대안적인 학습방식으로서 학습자의 삶에 변화를 가져오기 위해, 그리고 학습자에게 전수된 지식이 현실의 삶속에서 실제적으로 구현되기 위해 매우 효과적인 교수전략이 될 수 있다는 가능성을 시사한다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of the research is to suggest the specific instructional design for ''learning for action'' and ''tendency learning'' based on the educational philosophy of Wolterstorff, which strongly maintains that the delivered knowledge should be revealed in students'' real lives. For this, this research developed the instructional learning model to apply the ''action learning'' (that has been applied a lot in the company these days) into the college course. In order to implement this research, it explored the educational theory and concept of ''action learning'' and related educational theory in the view of christianity, and it also searched the concept and the characteristics of ''action learning'', Marquart and Rothwell maintained. And this research analyzed effects of action learning after the instructional learning model had been applied in the college course. |
